meet the sister.
Whoah! I just want to share this to everyone that finally I met Boi’s sister, Haide. We (me and Boi) bumped into her when we were on our way out of the gate of their apartment. FINALLY. We didn’t talk much though, just a simple hello and introductions and then bye’s. I really wanted to meet her but I never had the courage, you know. It’s kinda scary when you meet the people close to the person you love like meeting your boy’s family. (LOL) I was really scared of the what-if’s I had in mind like maybe they will not like me or they’ll hate me because of something i did inappropriately. GAH! Ok, I want to impress his family. THERE. (LOL)
But really, I have to keep in mind that all I need is to be myself and try not to please everyone because eventually, I’ll end up pleasing no one. Right?
PS.

I know what you mean about feeling anxious in meeting the people close to your significant other. That’s exactly how I felt the first time I had to meet Nino’s parents, sister and younger brother in person. Hahaha pero masaya din naman siya and maffeel mo naman kagad kung type ka nila or something. Heehee.

Meeting your loved one’s family and friends can be very nerve racking. Hopefully it went okay, and you didn’t try and impress her too much.

ahh, same here. I’m too insecure to meet my guy’s family though matagal na kami, as in matagal na pero until now di pa rin ako sanay to be with his family.. siguro kasi dahil mahiyain ako and wala talagang nakakatagal sa ugali ko. Not that I’m bad ha, pero tahimik kasi ako.. boring?
I hope you have a chance to meet his family na, seems like your excited to be with them too

I agree, i mean it’s always better if we just being normal ’cause it’s up to them if they want to accept us for who we are or not.

You’re right sis. I also got nervous the first time my boyfriend introduced me to his family. I was thinking if I chose the right outfit, if they were gonna like me and questions like that. But good thing he was there to support me and tell me that his family are gonna welcome me with open arms, hehe!
But after that, i was relieved cause they are really nice to me especially his sister.
